Idk where the complaints coming from about Postmates but i love working for postmates... So in Gainesville Florida i hope Postmates stay the same. In Ocala Uber Eats run good there.... Im just saying... And by the way i haven't seen anyone take over Ocala Florida.. Any deliver service probably averaging 10 to 15 min a deliver and on bad days they will send you from Ocala to Belleview it takes 15 to 20mins to get there then you have to wait on order then drive to Summerfield drop off order then to get a order drive back to a good spot to receive a order...SMH...AND postmates i hope they stay with Walmart i made more money with them then any deliver service in 6months AND THE TIPS THANK YOU LORD... Oh and 1 more thing how can Postmates accept me but not Uber Eats crazy....

Using Postmates in Corona California it has been great, my order from burger basket was accurate, they took 30 minutes to arrived, happy customer.

working for postmates fleet is a good job. I make decent money and get to meet some interesting people. Anytime I have trouble with orders I can call postmates support and their phone help is extremely awesome. However, every time I've used the chat option for help while working I am spoken to like an idiot. Their chat support team is short with you, rude, and overall not helpful. I think they should go back to just having support via phone call because almost every person I've chatted with via text support has been awful.

I have only had great services with Postmates. My food has always arrived on time. I would definitely refer them to my family & friends.????

We had Applebee's delivered and everything was excellent. We had a very nice delivery driver. The food was great. I would definitely use Postmates again and I will refer also to my friends.

I’m not going to write a negative review because frankly I feel bad at this point but you guys have to stop saying orders are $12.37 and then you get to the dam check our page it says $33.87 and that’s not even including the tip yet or the preauthorization either because that’s some bull. STOP DOING THAT!

We placed a order from Red Robin and delivered timely and handled professionally by the driver. And our order was correct. Thank you, Postmates Driver and Red Robin for getting order correctly. A happy customer!!

I stopped using them after seeing a delivery person (2) in their car siting on their phone. My pizza was cold.

Meal never arrived. The driver left it at the wrong apartment. I submitted a problem and was given a credit of $27 to use on my next purchase. On the following day when I tried to use the credit it was gone and the problem was marked RESOLVED! I have no way to get in touch with support. And no way to get my money back.
UPATE 11/16/20 The situation was successfully resolved by the company. I did receive a credit for the missing meal. I have used this company 2 more times. One went great. The second time the driver had problems finding my unit. However, she persisted and delivered.

I was starving! I just got into town on biz in LA and got lucky and found my fave restaurant " jussepie's from back home in NY. My guy Randy Z texted me when got there. Even said it smelled so good he wanted to open up the order but said he put it in his truck so he wouldn't be tempted! I cracked up! When he got to my Hotel he had this really awesome dog in his convertible that greeted me with affection! He opened the trunk, I got my food and he said " enjoy, it's a pleasure! Will definitely recommend and order again!

I got my food and quickly. It was right on! The only bad experience was the actual food from steak n shake in daytona off international. Gross.
